Study and Research Centre on Construction and Housing (CERCOL)

CERCOL has a dual research activity:

• It organises or contributes to the organisation of meetings, symposiums and seminars and ensures researchers' access to a specialised library;
• It produces certain works itself or by its team members.

The Centre d'Etudes et de Recherche sur l'Urbanisme, la Construction et le Logement (Study and Research Centre on Urbanism, Construction and Housing) is one Paris II University's numerous research laboratories, which carries out studies under contract or on its own initiative on problems in the sphere of real property and construction law.
