Created by Professor René CHAPUS, the Research Centre for Administrative Law has been a member of the Cujas Institute since 2001, research federation for domestic public law and political science.
Laboratoire d'accueil des doctorants en droit administratif de l'Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (CRDA) - Host Laboratory for Doctoral Students of Administrative Law of the Panthéon-Assas University, the CRDA devotes its efforts to studying fundamental notions of administrative law as well as its contemporary developments: decentralisation, law-making, regulation, public property law, retroactivity of administrative court decisions, airports and emergency procedures, strict liability, patrimoniality of administrative authorisations, stability of administrative law etc.
The CRDA is notably associated with the Académie des sciences morales et politiques, l'Institut de la gestion déléguée and l'Association Française pour la Recherche en Droit Administratif pour des réalisations communes.
