This research is about the field of geopolitics of the Arab Gulf and will particularly study the serious threats and strategies of the Gulf countries in order to defend regional and international peace. The political, diplomatic and military role of France aiming political and economic stability in the region will be analyzed. This cooperation between France and members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) includes numerous agreements signed with the United Arab Emirates federal government. Many aspects of this cooperation aim regional and international peace. The privileged relationships between France and the GCC countries are the result of many agreements in different fields such as military defense, armaments and military training.
This research deserves a lot of attention for several reasons: on the one hand, the fact that the Iranian government owns nuclear weapons constitutes very important threats for the Arab Gulf. On the other hand, the UAE are a wealthy and stable country, both economically and geopolitically, which benefits a strategic position in the world. Finally, these countries' inflows are mainly generated by sales of oil reflected on the growth of the economy and the population's standard of living is among the highest on the planet. In addition, the military cooperation between France and the UAE also ensures international security.
