The only laboratory of management sciences at Panthéon-Assas University, LARGEPA has built its identity around a common denominator question: that of rationality in managerial action. This is indeed the common denominator of all research carried out since the outset in the areas of marketing or human resource management.
Defending a "niche strategy", LARGEPA has devoted itself to topics little studied elsewhere in France (multi-channels in marketing, social negotiation, the behaviour of major decision makers in the CAC 40 [top 40 French companies on the French stock exchange] concerning human resource management), based on two major thematic axes:

AXE 2: MARKETING AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Along these two axes, an entry point to the problematic of internationalisation is sought, in the framework of relations that LARGEPA has established with colleagues and laboratories abroad.
