And the difficulty doesn't end there: according to Michael Page Singapore Talent Trends 2023, once the right talent has been hired, 92% remain open to new opportunities.
What causes this shortage? A critical skills gap, a limited talent pool, a shift in expectations, a digital disruption or a fundamental reset of people's relationship with their jobs in a post-Covid work environment.
