Winston Maxwell, now a Professor at Paris Telecom, will come and share with the audience his experience of organizing Google’s defense in several high-profile personal data cases while he was a lawyer at Hogan Lovells. Winston was Google’s principal outside counsel in data protection matters in France. Without revealing any confidential client information, Winston will nevertheless provide the audience with a concrete view of how an international law firm works with a major global internet company on complex litigation, and provide insights on the evolution of data protection law.

La conférence se déroulera en anglais.
