The master in International Human Resources Management is an apprenticeship (work/study) program. Students are employed by a company in an HR function for the duration of their studies, earning a salary and gaining valuable professional experience while studying for their Master’s degree.
The IHRM was accredited by the EFMD in 2017 after a rigorous review process and reaccredited in 2020 and 2023. The EFMD, the European Foundation for Management Development, is an accreditation body globally renowned for quality and impact assessment in management. EFMD accreditation is awarded to outstanding management programs with an international perspective who deliver high quality degrees recognized by employers and other actors in their area of expertise.
For CIFFOP’s master in International Human Resources Management program, EFMD accreditation reinforces its position as a leader in the field of international HR education and confirms its pedagogical and professional excellence.
